The Friday meeting between President Trump and President Zelenskyy made news around the world. We've kept an eye on Pope Francis all week, who remains in the hospital for a respiratory infection. In Malaysia, a new search is underway for a large jetliner that went missing on March 8, 2014, with 239 people on board. And ground coffee prices reached a record high, meaning consumers can expect to pay more for their cup of joe in coming months and even years. Speaking of high prices, the Secretary of Agriculture unveiled a plan on Wednesday to help reduce egg prices.

In Washington, D.C., the House passed a budget measure in a 217-215 vote on Tuesday. This bill sets a potential blueprint for federal spending by the U.S. government — more details on it HERE.

And as a measles outbreak continues to grow in Texas and New Mexico this week, we learned of the first measles death in the U.S. in a decade.
