Lately I've been taking a few minutes over the weekend to plan out our meals, and not only has it cut down on the nightly stress ... it's actually cut down on our food budget, too (probably because I'm not ordering pizzas every other night 🫠). I go through my pantry, fridge and freezer, then look at our nightly schedule to plan out what meals make the most sense each night.
